Industrial Electrician – Woodport / Jefferson Township

Hotel accommodations and daily per diem for meals for Industrial Electricians traveling over 1.5 hours to the job site. This is a contract in Woodport / Jefferson Township, NJ.

Your responsibilities as an Industrial Electrician will include installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring, systems, and components on industrial properties. You must be able to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings, as well as troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues. You will be working with other tradesmen to keep projects on schedule and ensure high-quality results.
To qualify, we require you to have a minimum of 4 years of industrial electrical experience, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. You must also have:
- A Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) Part 46 Certification is a plus. We will pay for you to be certified.
- Hand tools and basic power tools to bring to work.
- The ability to correctly run and bend EMT and Rigid conduit.
- Experience with cable tray installation, wire pulling, and terminations.
- The ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures and the National Electrical Code (NEC). OSHA certification preferred but not required.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
