Overview
We are seeking a motivated Repair Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of recreational vehicles and related equipment. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive top-quality service and reliable repairs, helping them enjoy their camping experience with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic assessments based on noted customer concerns.
- Repair and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems on RVs and related equipment.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures during all repair activities.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inspecting vehicles before and after repairs to guarantee quality standards are met.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in repairing recreational vehicles or similar systems is preferred.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to explain repairs clearly to customers and team members.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
