Roofing Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is focused on self-generated business through direct prospecting, door-to-door outreach, and relationship building. The right candidate will be comfortable inspecting roofs, educating property owners, and closing contracts while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and other self-directed lead generation methods.
- Perform roof inspections (residential and commercial); must be comfortable walking on steep and low-slope roofs.
- Educate homeowners, building owners, and property managers on roofing needs, repair/replacement options, and insurance claim processes.
- Build strong client relationships and effectively close sales.
- Accurately track leads, inspections, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project completion.
Qualifications:
- Prior roofing or construction sales experience preferred, but not required. We provide training for driven candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Highly self-motivated and organized, with a proven ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable working on roofs and outdoors in various conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
