We’re growing and looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our team! This role is perfect for a driven professional who enjoys building relationships, helping homeowners, and earning based on performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide solutions
- Follow up on leads
- Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, and processes
- Prepare estimates and guide clients through the project from start to finish
- Build long-term relationships through excellent communication and service
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently and in the field
- Roofing or construction experience is a plus (but not required)
- Reliable transportation and ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
