Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Payroll Manager. The Payroll Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of payroll administration processes, including handling payroll calculations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, processing garnishments, and facilitating deductions for employee benefits. The role requires accurate payroll data management, adherence to deadlines, and coordination with internal teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management
- Strong knowledge of handling Garnishments and Payroll Taxes
- Experience managing Employee Benefits and related deductions
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to reconcile discrepancies in payroll data
- Familiarity with payroll software systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of state and federal payroll regulations and compliance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
