Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to learn and execute the sales process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized interactions
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Develop leadership skills, including training and mentoring new team members
