Work Environment: This role operates in both a professional office setting and corporate warehouse environments. In the office, standard equipment is used daily, including computers, phones, photocopiers, printers, scanners, filing cabinets, and teleconferencing software. Warehouse environments may present temperature fluctuations — including heat, cold, or humidity depending on season and facility design — as well as moderate to high noise levels from forklifts, conveyor systems, and material handling equipment. Hearing protection and other PPE will be provided as required in designated areas.

Responsibilities
Warehouse Oversight
- Manage daily operations across company warehouse locations, ensuring facilities are organized, efficient, and operating to established standards
- Oversee proper receiving, storage, staging, and release of solar equipment including modules, inverters, racking systems, and balance-of-system components
- Enforce warehouse procedures for equipment handling, labeling, inspection, and damage prevention
- Conduct regular facility audits
- Manage warehouse contracts and understand warehousing costs as part of logistics strategy
- Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records across all warehouse locations
- Track equipment bill of materials by project, ensuring materials are properly allocated and accounted for at all times
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Provide regular inventory reports and status updates to internal stakeholders
- Track and manage all inbound shipments from suppliers, ensuring accurate receiving and timely resolution of any delivery discrepancies or damages
- Coordinate outbound deliveries from warehouses to project sites, aligning delivery schedules with project construction timelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the third-party logistics (3PL) provider for scheduling, coordination, and issue resolution
- Maintain up-to-date delivery logs and communicate ETAs and status updates to project management teams
- Proactively assess warehouse capacity across all locations to ensure adequate space is available for incoming equipment tied to upcoming projects
- Partner closely with the operations team to align on equipment purchase orders, delivery schedules, and lead times
- Flag capacity constraints or storage conflicts in advance and develop solutions to avoid bottlenecks
- Help prioritize inbound and outbound flow based on project urgency and available space
Required
- 4 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Strong background in inventory management and inbound/outbound logistics tracking
- Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers
- Strong proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Must be able to travel up to 25%
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure industries
- Familiarity with solar equipment (modules, inverters, racking, BOS components)
- Experience with capacity planning or warehouse space optimization

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
