Sales Representative

Looking for an opportunity to build your sales skills and earn based on your performance? Summit Retail Solutions Inc. is hiring Sales Representatives to work inside high-traffic retail locations, introducing shoppers to an at-home water delivery service and helping interested customers enroll.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to learn the sales process and develop your skills.

Pay & Benefits:

• Paid training: $150 per training day during the four-week training period when at least eight hours are worked. All hours will be paid in accordance with applicable law.
• Commission after training: Earn $70–$100 per sale, depending on the applicable commission rate.
• Weekly commission payments: Commissions are paid weekly for eligible sales made during the previous week.
• Average earnings: Representatives average $800–$1,200 per week.
• Top performers: Earn $1,200–$2,500 per week.

What You'll Do:

• Approach and engage shoppers in a retail setting.
• Introduce customers to our at-home water delivery service.
• Explain service benefits, answer questions, and help interested customers complete enrollments.
• Work toward individual sales and enrollment goals.
• Deliver a professional, helpful customer experience.
• Participate in training and coaching to strengthen your sales skills.

• Availability to work four to five days per week, including weekends.

Schedule & Work Locations

This is a full-time, in-person sales position inside a retail location. Representatives typically work four to five days per week, with a combination of weekdays and weekends.

Common schedule combinations include:

• Monday through Wednesday, plus Saturday.
• Wednesday through Sunday.
• Thursday through Sunday.

Exact workdays depend on the assigned program and retail location.

Reliable transportation is required. Assigned retail locations may change every one to two weeks and may be within approximately 40 miles of the designated market. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to different locations throughout their assigned territory.

Candidates should be comfortable with a flexible work location and understand that their assigned retail site may change based on business needs.
