Retail Sales Associate

Summit Retail Solutions Inc. is hiring outgoing, motivated Retail Sales Associates to represent leading consumer brands inside high-traffic retail locations. This customer-facing position combines retail sales, customer service, brand marketing, product promotion, and customer engagement.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll connect directly with shoppers, introduce them to a premium at-home water delivery service, explain available options and benefits, answer questions, and assist interested customers with enrollment.

This is a great opportunity for candidates interested in retail sales, customer service, brand ambassador roles, direct sales, marketing, promotions, customer engagement, or entry-level sales. We're currently expanding our retail sales team nationwide to support a premium at-home water delivery program that offers customers a convenient way to have water delivered directly to their homes.

What You'll Do:

• Represent a leading consumer brand inside established big-box retail locations
• Engage with shoppers through friendly, professional face-to-face conversations
• Introduce customers to our premium at-home water delivery service
• Explain service options, features, benefits, pricing, and enrollment information
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service options
• Assist interested customers through the enrollment and sign-up process
• Provide a positive, knowledgeable, and engaging customer experience
• Generate new customer enrollments while working toward individual and team sales goals
• Build rapport with customers through strong communication and customer service
• Maintain professional relationships with retail store teams and brand partners
• Participate in ongoing sales, customer service, product, and marketing training
• Represent Summit Retail Solutions and our partners with professionalism and enthusiasm

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for individuals who are friendly, reliable, motivated, competitive, and comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day.

You may be a strong fit if you have experience in—or are looking to build experience in—retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, promotions, merchandising, brand ambassador work, event marketing, direct marketing, customer engagement, or business development.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales and performance goals
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Able to stand for extended periods, including shifts of up to 10 hours
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Previous retail, sales, customer service, marketing, hospitality, or promotional experience is helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• 4–6 weeks of paid training to learn our products, customer engagement approach, sales process, and retail program
• Commission-based compensation following completion of the training period
• Average representatives earn $800–$1,200 per week
• Top-performing representatives earn $1,200–$2,500 per week

Work Environment & Travel

This is an in-person retail sales position, not a remote or office-based role. Retail Sales Associates work inside assigned big-box retail locations and engage directly with customers.

Team members must be willing and able to travel within a designated territory of approximately 40 miles to assigned retail locations. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
