- Represent brands at events in high-traffic retail locations
- Engage customers, present products, and drive sales or enrollments
- Create memorable experiences for customers to increase brand loyalty
- Set up and maintain event displays to attract customers
- Meet daily, weekly, and campaign goals
- Learn and use proven sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
- Work with the team to improve event outcomes
- Ambitious, self-starter who thrives in a high-energy environment
- Great communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement
- Eager to learn and grow with clear opportunities for advancement
- Able to work independently in retail or event-based settings
- Flexible and reliable — must be willing to work weekends and retail hours
- No experience required (though sales or retail experience is a plus)
- Must be 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to travel to event locations
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs and stand for long periods
- Hourly base pay Commission - Paid weekly
- Average representatives earn $900–$1,200 per week.
- Top representatives earn $1,200–$2,000 per week.
