Position Overview
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for supporting the day to day financial operations of the business, helping maintain accurate records, ensuring smooth internal processes, and assisting leadership with financial organization as the company continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day bookkeeping functions and financial recordkeeping
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Assist with payroll support and related recordkeeping
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial statements
- Help organize and improve internal accounting and reporting processes
- Maintain accuracy in data entry and financial documentation
- Support leadership with financial tracking and administrative coordination
- Assist with month end reporting and general accounting support as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, payroll, or a related financial role
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and stay organized
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a growing and evolving environment
- Self starter who takes ownership and works well independently
