We are seeking a Bookkeeper/Property Manager to oversee financial recordkeeping and day-to-day property operations across our commercial portfolio. This dual-role position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is both financially savvy and operationally hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
Maintain accurate general ledgers, journals, and financial records for multiple entities.
Reconcile bank statements, and accounts monthly.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including tenant rent collections and vendor payments.
Prepare and issue monthly and quarterly financial reports for ownership and investors.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end financials.
Coordinate with CPA firms for tax preparation and audits.
Property Management
Oversee day-to-day property operations and tenant relations.
Administer leases, including tracking renewals, rent escalations, and CAM reconciliations.
Schedule and supervise maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and coordinate resolution of issues.
Support leasing efforts by preparing property data and Marketing information
Must be Proficient in QuickBooks & Excel
