What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Maintenance (Mower or weedeater) position at Summit Property Maintenance?
Summit Property Maintenance is hiring for the 2026 mowing and landscaping season. We are a local property maintenance and commercial facilities contractor serving the Tri-Cities since 2007.
This position will primarily work in the Kingsport area maintaining apartment communities and commercial properties.
We are looking for dependable team members who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in doing quality work.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No nights or weekends
Primary Duties
- Operate commercial zero-turn mowers
- Weed-eating and edging
- Mulching and landscape cleanup
- Trimming trees and shrubs
- General grounds maintenance
- Employees with mechanical experience may also assist with small equipment repair and troubleshooting.
