Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively, following all regulations and guidelines.
- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery as needed for pest control tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and customer interactions.
- Provide recommendations for preventative measures to clients, including lawn care and landscaping advice.
- Drive to various job sites efficiently while ensuring the safety of yourself and others during operations.
- Engage in sales activities by promoting additional services to clients based on their needs.
Experience
- Previous experience as a pest control technician required (5 years minimum)
- must have experience treating for General pests, mosquitoes, and termites
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
