Summit Moving And Storage, located in Akron, Ohio, is seeking experienced, full-time professional Moving Crew Members/Helpers/Packers to join our team. At Summit Moving, we're searching for dedicated individuals with a strong work ethic who are eager to grow with us.

OUR INDUSTRY LEADING PAY STRUCTURE:

• $16 to $20 an hour.
• Tips: Average $500 per month
• W2 Full employee benefits (not 1099) with Workers Compensation to protect you if you get hurt.

Responsibilities:

• Respectful and professional not just to customers and supervisors, but to all staff.
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture and appliances.
• Loading and unloading items safely and with care.
• Efficiently pack boxes, while protecting fragile goods.
• Unpack items and arrange them in their new location.
• Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Prior moving experience is a plus not a requirements.
• The physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and on-time with dedicated professionalism to job and duties.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and professional demeanor.
• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routine.
• Reliable transportation to go to work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
