Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise children during school hours, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
- Reinforce classroom expectations, ground rules, and respectful behavior
- Guide and support children in conflict resolution using positive communication strategies

- Collaborate effectively with faculty and staff throughout the school day
