• 10 years of progressive IT leadership, including 5 years managing enterprise applications and cross-functional teams.
• Proven success leading large-scale IT operations and transformation—especially in regulated environments like financial services.
• Deep knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO), cloud architecture, and business continuity.
• Experience with core banking systems, digital platforms, and fintech integrations is a strong plus.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or vendor-specific credentials are highly valued.
