Role Description This full-time, on-site Manufacturing Technician role is based in Anaheim, CA. The Manufacturing Technician supports printed circuit board production by operating and monitoring equipment, following established manufacturing processes, and working in controlled environments when required. Daily responsibilities include performing in-process inspections, documenting results, and assisting with quality control activities to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards. The role involves basic troubleshooting of equipment or process issues, collaborating with production and engineering teams, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in accordance with company policies. The Manufacturing Technician is expected to follow detailed work instructions, meet production schedules, and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Experience working in manufacturing environments and familiarity with manufacturing processes, preferably in electronics or PCB production.
- Ability to work in clean rooms or controlled environments and follow strict cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of quality control practices, including in-process inspections, documentation, and adherence to specifications.
- Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve routine equipment or process issues.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow written work instructions, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or experience in electronics manufacturing is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed.
