Connect Staffing is hiring an experienced Quality Technician for a generator and air compressor manufacturing company in Cypress, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $22/hr, Monday through Friday on a day shift. In this role, you will inspect finished goods and in-process products against quality and safety standards, analyze MRB (Material Review Board) product, and draft quality reports in a manufacturing plant environment. This is a stable, full-time schedule with a consistent start time and a direct path into a long-term role.

Responsibilities
- Inspect in-process and finished goods against quality and safety standards on the production floor.
- Analyze MRB (Material Review Board) product and develop action plans for disposition.
- Collate test data and draft quality reports for production and management review.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality control processes and reduce production bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain inspection records and company quality documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a quality technician, inspection technician, or in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial equipment, mechanical assembly, or electromechanical manufacturing.
- Familiarity with MRB (Material Review Board) processes and non-conforming product disposition.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, or work instructions.
- Experience using calipers, gauges, or other dimensional inspection tools.
- Knowledge of quality systems or standards such as ISO 9001 or similar frameworks.

Pre-Employment Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 25 lbs. frequently.
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a manufacturing environment.
- Steel toe boots required (employee-provided).
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Must pass a drug screen.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify).
