About the Role:

The Screening Department Operator plays a crucial role in the durable goods manufacturing process by ensuring that all materials and products meet the highest quality standards before they proceed to the next stage of production. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Basic understanding of quality control processes and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating screening or similar machinery.
  • Familiarity with durable goods manufacturing processes.
  • Certification in quality control or related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor screening equipment to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on materials and finished products to identify defects.
