Job Title: General Manufacturing Associate – Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Production

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as General Manufacturing Associates in a high-reliability printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing facility. This role supports multiple production areas including fabrication, inspection, and material handling.
Positions are available across all shifts (day, swing, and night), with opportunities for cross-training and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary based on department assignment but typically include:
- Operate manufacturing equipment used in PCB fabrication and assembly
- Perform tasks such as drilling, plating, imaging, etching, routing, and lamination
- Conduct visual and automated inspections to ensure product quality
- Follow work instructions, process specifications, and safety protocols
- Handle materials, load/unload production equipment, and maintain workflow
- Maintain clean and organized work areas (5S standards)
- Accurately complete production documentation and tracking systems
Available Departments / Roles
Candidates may be placed in one or more of the following areas:
- Fabrication (Front-End Processes) – drilling, imaging, etching, lamination
- Plating & Finishing – chemical processing, surface finishes
- Inspection & Quality Control – AOI, visual inspection, testing
- Routing & Mechanical – depaneling, machining
- Material Handling / Logistics – inventory movement, staging, shipping
Shift Options
- Day Shift: Typically 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Swing Shift: Typically 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Night Shift: Typically 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production demand
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or electronics experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained across multiple processes
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hours)
- Lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
- Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms
- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures (PPE provided)
