We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Producer with energetic personality to join our Marshall, TX team! You will be responsible for helping expanding the agency’s book of business by selling and servicing various types of insurance products to new and existing clients. Responsibilities:
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
- Excellent phone skills and high levels of professionalism.
- Develop leads by networking, referrals, and other various sources.
- Maintain advanced CRM database on current and potential customers.
- The main focus is new business while providing excellent customer service to retain existing clients.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
