- One or two years of experience in office work in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Organization Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Customer Service: Outstanding ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Documentation: Strong record-keeping and accuracy.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in computer skills and capable of managing multiple programs.
- Spanish Speaking: (Preferred, but not required)
