Scheduling Coordinator for Therapy Home Care Agency

Summit Home Care is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator to schedule Home Care visits for our therapy department. The candidate must have previous experience working in a therapy agency, be motivated, organized, detail-oriented & efficient. Customer service and communication skills are extremely vital for this role. This candidate must be proficient in computer skills and ability to operate multiple programs.

• Review availability and location in order to match staff to appropriate clients
• Keep an ongoing log of all caregiver and client communication.
• Performs other administrative tasks as assigned

• Good written and verbal communication
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in HHA exchange a plus
• Good documentation skills
