We are partnering with a growing behavioral health organization that is currently expanding clinical services to Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) across Southwest and Central Florida. We are seeking an LCSW or LMHC in Tampa, FL who is proficient with EHR platforms and possesses a dedicated background in geriatric or long-term care populations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual mental health services to residents across your assigned territory.
• Conduct geriatric-focused assessments and therapeutic interventions.
• Manage a caseload that fits your schedule — flexible or full-time (up to $160K/yr).
• Submit session notes biweekly using the organization's digital system.
• Coordinate professionally with ALF staff, families, and our leadership team.
• Maintain compliance with Florida licensure requirements and organizational standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Florida LCSW or LMHC license (Post-internship new licensees are welcome).
• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or equivalent.
• Own a reliable vehicle for travel to ALF locations across your assigned territory.
• Comfortable working independently in the field with elderly/geriatric populations.
• Organized and committed to biweekly clinical documentation deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with elderly, geriatric, or long-term care populations.
• Prior experience in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), SNFs, or residential settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) or online clinical platforms.
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a strong plus.
