Mount Zion Health and Rehab Center is seeking an experienced and licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. We are looking for a strong, motivated leader who can ensure compliance, deliver quality resident care, and inspire our staff.
Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day operations of the facility
- Lead and develop department managers and staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage budgets, staffing, and financial performance
- Promote quality care, resident satisfaction, and positive community relations
- Be available for emergencies and on-call as needed
Requirements
- Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license (or eligibility)
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
- 3 years of senior healthcare management experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Budget and fiscal management experience
