The Role
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for achieving the company's vision and supporting strategic initiatives while upholding our reputation as an ethical, high-quality healthcare provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality resident care while maintaining optimal facility census
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to position the facility as the top choice in the community
- Lead, develop, and support department heads through strong collaboration and communication
- Establish, implement, and monitor departmental policies and procedures
- Foster a positive culture that highlights teamwork, accountability, and excellence
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility
- Valid Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practices and resident-centered care
