Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial fleet customers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored fleet management solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service (fleet industry experience a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel locally as needed.
