Analyst/Client Service Associate
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Investments & Analysis
● Process and confirm transactions
● Prepare and organize account applications
● Develop expertise with platforms and systems utilized
● Maintain and update records of transactions via investment logs
● Update client investment summaries and prepare investment portfolio proposals
● Use Excel, Bloomberg, etc. to produce various reports and/or gather securities information
● Focus on constantly creating analytical and operational controls and workflow efficiencies
● Perform various financial analyses
● Build and maintain eMoney sites
Client Servicing
● Responsible for servicing and maintaining client relationships
● Communicate effectively with high net worth clients
● Preemptively service clients
● Prepare investment-related materials for client meetings and manage all follow-up
● Build, manage and grow client touch (DRIP) campaign
Product Knowledge
● Develop knowledge of current investment products
● Serve as liaison between advisor and wholesalers/strategic alliances
● Maintain current knowledge of procedural and regulatory investment requirements
Requirements:
• Strong Excel and “follow up” skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated and extremely detail oriented
• Very bright and loyal with a great work ethic
• Positive “can do” attitude and a warm smile
• Able to work at a fast pace without compromising quality or accuracy
• Extremely responsible; professional and presentable at all times
• Efficient and effective time management skills
• eMoney experience
• Bachelors degree in Finance and some prior industry experience required
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred
