What You’ll Do
At Summit Financial Group, we are focused on building a marketing function that is strategic, consistent, and deeply connected to advisor growth and client experience. The Brand & Growth Lead plays a central role in bringing Summit’s brand to life. This role is responsible for shaping how we communicate, how we show up in the market, and how marketing supports growth across the firm. You will lead the development of messaging, content, campaigns, and experiences that are clear, polished, and aligned with our brand. You will work closely with the Marketing Operations Lead to ensure ideas are effectively executed and delivered with consistency. Key Responsibilities
Brand Content & Messaging
- Support the development and consistency of Summit’s brand voice, messaging, and visual identity
- Create and refine content across email, social media, presentations, website, and advisor communications
- Translate Summit’s story and advisor value into clear and compelling messaging
- Ensure all marketing materials are polished and aligned with firm standards and keep updated.
Campaigns & Growth Initiatives
- Support planning and execution of campaigns tied to advisor growth/client engagement
- Build messaging, timelines, and content library
- Repurpose content across channels to maximize impact
- Support advisor-facing growth tools and resources
- Identify opportunities to make marketing more proactive
Events & Experiences
- Partner on client events, webinars, and firm initiatives
- Own creative and brand elements of events
- Ensure events are polished and aligned with the Summit brand
- Support promotion across channels
- Assist with post-event follow-up
Digital, Website & Social Media
- Support website updates and campaign content
- Manage or support social media planning and execution
- Help strengthen Summit’s digital presence
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
Advisor & Team Support
- Support advisors with marketing materials
- Translate ideas into client-ready deliverables
- Communicate clearly on timelines and revisions
- Partner with Marketing Operations on prioritization

Preferred Experience
