Summit Financial Group is looking for a friendly, professional, and tech-savvy person to join our team as a Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator.
This is a 30–40 hour per week position with benefits, with a desired start date of July 13. Compensation is expected to be in the $22–$26 per hour range, depending on experience, professionalism, technology skills, and fit for the role.
This role is an important first impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be warm, organized, dependable, comfortable with technology, and able to help keep the office running smoothly.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Opening the office each morning and helping maintain a clean, professional environment
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Processing incoming mail
- Assisting with CRM updates and client information management
- Helping with basic administrative projects
- Performing very simple bookkeeping-related tasks as needed
- Using technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and organization
We’re looking for someone who enjoys people, communicates well, takes pride in presentation and details, and is comfortable learning new systems.
Experience in a professional office, financial services, accounting, or client-service environment is helpful but not required.
