Treatment Coordinator – Healthcare Sales

Are you a recent college graduate who is persuasive, personable, and motivated by results? We are looking for an enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Previous dental experience is not required—we will provide comprehensive training for the right person.

This is a patient-facing sales role in healthcare. You will guide patients through their treatment options, help them understand the value of recommended care, and support them in moving forward with life-changing dental work. If you enjoy building relationships, having real conversations, and helping people make important decisions, this role is for you.

**What you'll do**

• Consult with patients about their treatment plans and answer questions
• Present treatment options clearly and help patients understand their investment
• Overcome objections and help patients feel confident in their decisions
• Follow up with patients who need time to consider treatment
• Coordinate financing options and payment plans
• Track your consultations and close rates
• Build lasting relationships with patients throughout their care journey
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical team to ensure smooth patient experience
• Learn dental terminology, treatment planning, and insurance coordination

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, daytime hours. Our office is located in Summit, NJ, a short walk from the Summit train station.
