- Schedule appointments and manage the daily flow
- Handle check-in, check-out, and patient communication
- Answer phones with confidence and professionalism
- Present treatment plans and walk patients through their options
- Help patients feel informed and empowered to say yes to the care they need
- Coordinate financial arrangements and collect payments
- Keep things organized and running smoothly
Who You Are
- Confident and professional — you present yourself well
- Warm and personable — patients feel comfortable with you
- A strong communicator — you can explain treatment clearly and build trust
- Organized — you can juggle multiple things without dropping the ball
- Coachable — you're open to feedback and always looking to improve
- Growth-minded — you want to get better, not just get by
- Adaptable — you handle change with a positive attitude
Experience in a dental or medical office is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter more. We'll train the right person.
