What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Assistant Teacher (as needed) position at SUMMIT Early Learning?

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalency and two years of experience working with young children.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with and participate in all center routines, including nap, meals, bathroom, circle, group, and outside times. Assist teachers with planning and preparing for daily activities and implement plans with small groups of children when necessary. Create an emotionally responsive, caring, positive, and accepting environment supportive of the individual development of each child.

HOURS & SALARY: As Needed, Monday- Friday, $15.56-$17.40/hour depending upon qualifications.
Rate of pay based on experience:
2 years’ experience : $15.56/hour
CDA: $16.81/hour
Associate or Bachelors Degree: $17.40/hour E.O.E
