Environmental/Working Conditions
Work is performed in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Travel to branches may require exposure to outdoor and traffic conditions.
Equipment Used
A variety of office equipment, including telephone, printer, PC, and mobile devices.

As a Scrum Master, you’ll play a critical role in enabling high-performing Agile teams to deliver valuable, high-quality solutions. What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
- Support Agile delivery teams as a servant leader, guiding them in Scrum practices and principles
- Foster team maturity by enabling self-organization, accountability, and consistent Agile execution
- Identify, escalate, and remove impediments to minimize disruptions and keep delivery on track
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration and progress
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and leadership to align priorities and ensure clarity of goals
- Promote transparency by communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Use metrics and team insights to improve delivery predictability, product quality, and performance
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable team feedback
- Create and maintain a psychologically safe, high-performing team environment that supports innovation and collaboration
- Ensure Agile processes, artifacts, and practices are consistently applied and scalable across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- 3 years of experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum Master or similar role (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
- Proven coaching and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage dependencies and remove barriers across teams and functions
- Experience working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage metrics for continuous improvement
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
