Electrical Superintendent

We’re partnering with a well-established, nationally recognized electrical contractor to identify an experienced Electrical Superintendent to support large-scale construction projects.

This role is responsible for leading field operations, driving safety, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll oversee crews, coordinate resources, and play a key role in execution from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead jobsite safety and environmental compliance efforts
• Manage field operations including labor, materials, and equipment coordination
• Monitor project performance, including productivity, quality, and cost tracking
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and execution of the construction plan
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure alignment with project goals
• Handle field administration (timesheets, reporting, daily logs, etc.)
• Supervise, mentor, and develop field teams (15 electricians)
• Collaborate with internal teams including prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting
• Step in hands-on when needed to support the field

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience leading electrical construction projects in a superintendent capacity
• Strong track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Journeyman certification or equivalent field experience preferred
• Solid understanding of building codes and construction processes
• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid preferred

Work Environment:

• Active construction jobsite environment, exposure to varying weather conditions
• Requires physical activity including climbing, lifting (50 lbs), and working in different positions
• Use of standard PPE at all times

Compensation:

Base salary range of $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package included.
