Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing recurring revenue accounts in the business telecommunications and security sector.

This is not an inbound lead desk. This position requires active prospecting, cold outreach, relationship building, and self-generated pipeline development.

The ideal candidate is a true producer — someone who knows how to open doors, create conversations, identify business pain points, and close long-term commercial accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new B2B opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person outreach
  • Schedule and run appointments with business owners and key decision-makers
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify communication/security pain points
  • Present tailored technology solutions
  • Prepare proposals and close new accounts
  • Maintain pipeline activity and follow-up communication
  • Develop long-term customer relationships for recurring revenue growth



Qualifications
  • Proven B2B sales experience required
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline generation ability
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and overcoming objections
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Telecom, IT, managed services, security, or technology sales experience preferred



Compensation
  • Base Salary Aggressive Commission Structure
  • Uncapped Earnings Potential
  • Residual/Recurring Revenue Incentives
  • Performance Bonuses

Top producers in this role have strong six-figure earning potential.

  • Generating consistent new appointments weekly
  • Building and managing an active sales pipeline
  • Closing recurring monthly revenue accounts
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to local business clients
