Role SnapshotWe’re hiring 8 High-Ticket Setters across 4 different offers. Your mission: generate qualified, show-ready appointments for our closers, keep the calendar packed, and protect show rates with relentless follow-up. If you have 1 year of high-ticket setting (or you’re new but perform at that level), we want to talk.
What You’ll Do- Speed-to-lead: Rapidly engage inbound leads and warm lists across DMs, SMS, email, and phone.
- Qualify with intent: Use our frameworks to surface pain, budget, timeline, and decision criteria—no fluff.
- Calendar ownership: Book, confirm, and reconfirm calls; run no-show rescues and reschedules.
- Follow-up machine: Execute multi-touch sequences (day-of, night-before, 5-minute alerts, etc.) to protect show rate.
- CRM hygiene: Log every touch, update dispositions, tag objections, and maintain clean pipelines.
- Feedback loop: Share frontline insights on objections, hooks, and assets to improve scripts and funnels.
- Team standards: Hit daily activity targets and weekly KPIs; contribute to a positive, performance culture.

- Process: Obsessive about follow-up, confirmations, and CRM accuracy.
- Mindset: Coachable, competitive, and calm under pressure; you own your number.
- Experience with GoHighLevel/Pipedrive/HubSpot, Slack, Loom, Zoom.
- Prior work with creators, coaches, agencies, SaaS, or info-products.
- Comfort with scripts and improv; A/B testing openers and hooks.
- Week 1: Offer immersion, scripts, objection matrix, tech stack setup.
- Weeks 2–3: Shadow live setting, begin partial quota with daily coaching.
- Week 4 : Full quota weekly roleplays, KPI review, and call audits.
- Comp: Commission per qualified set tiered bonuses for show and close quality (OTE [fill in]).
