Requirements
- 19 years of age or older.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Conversational English (spoken & written).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable (insured) vehicle, and willingness to drive in all seasons.
- Live within 20 miles of US 36 & Sheridan (Westminster, CO).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks (bending, kneeling, scrubbing, pushing, pulling, vacuuming, etc.
- Smartphone with reliable service, GPS, and app capability.
The Work
- Residential and occasional commercial cleaning.
- Mostly solo cleaning, with some team jobs.
- Service area includes Arvada, Thornton, Broomfield, Westminster, Denver, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood & Golden.
- Follow our Perfect Maintenance Cleaning system for consistency and quality.
- Provide outstanding service that earns positive client feedback and tips.
Pay
$24.50–$29.50/hour based on performance.
