This is a performance-based job, in which the better you perform, the more hours you are scheduled for and the higher the hourly wage you receive! We offer on-the-job training and often have opportunities to hire compatible candidates within the same week after submitting their application! Please note: most of our cleaning appointments are performed solo, so we only hire Cleaners as individuals (not in pairs or teams). Candidates must be capable of demonstrating that they would be able to put clients at ease while working in their personal homes and businesses, and ultimately generate consistently positive client feedback. Requirements to Apply:
- 19 years of age or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Conversational English, both spoken and in writing (Debe poder hablar, leer y escribir ingles sin ayuda)
- Available to work Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
- A valid driver's license
- Your own reliable vehicle, with valid insurance and registration
- Currently residing within 20 miles of US 36 & Sheridan (Westminster, CO)
- Ability to drive to jobs within the western half of the Denver metro area, even in winter conditions
- A smartphone with reliable cell service, GPS, the ability to access apps & the internet
- A constructive and productive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand, bend, kneel, squat, push, pull, scrub and consistently/reliably perform a variety of highly-physical cleaning duties on a daily basis
Details about the Job:
- Primarily: Residential House Cleaning (with occasional Commercial appointments)
- Primarily: solo work (with some team jobs also scheduled throughout the week, as required)
- A service area that includes Arvada, Thornton, Broomfield, Westminster, Denver, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood & Golden
- The longer you work for us, the more recurring clients you’ll have on your schedule!
- Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, with occasional opportunities to earn additional money on Saturdays, for those that want to take advantage of them
- This position is open until filled
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.50 - $29.50 per hour
