Principal

General Purpose Responsible for the daily delivery of academic content to students based on the state standards. Duties will be performed in accordance with the high expectations, mission, and vision of Summit Christian School. The teacher reports directly to the principal. Position Term and Evaluation This position for the 2026-2027 school year and commences on August 1, 2026 and concludes on July 31, 2027. The position is renewable pending the results of a performance evaluation that will be completed by the principal(s). Education and Experience • Minimum Education Level: bachelor’s; preferred degree in education or related content field • Current Ohio Teaching License - Adolescence to Young Adult (7-12) for Math or ELA or ability to obtain one • Classroom experience: New teachers welcome to apply!
