Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finishing Technician to support aerospace manufacturing operations. This role focuses on preparing precision-machined components for final inspection and shipment while ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deburr and finish complex aerospace components per drawings and specifications
- Ensure proper surface finishes and remove sharp edges/burrs
- Perform hand tapping and thread chasing
- Clean and prepare parts for final inspection and shipment
- Inspect work for accuracy and compliance with quality standards
- Follow procedures and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Collaborate with production and quality teams
Qualifications:
- 3 years of manufacturing experience (aerospace or medical preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and stay focused
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
- High School Diploma or GED required
