Job Skills / Requirements
Location: Akron, OH (MUST BE IN-PERSON)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22–$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am-5pm

About the Role
We are looking for an organized, motivated, and people-focused HR Coordinator / Recruiter to join our team in Akron, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in Human Resources and Recruiting.
In this role, you will assist with hiring, onboarding, employee support, and day-to-day HR operations. You’ll work closely with leadership to help attract quality employees and create a positive workplace environment.
Responsibilities
Recruiting & Hiring
- Post job openings on Indeed and other hiring platforms
- Review resumes and screen candidates
- Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants
- Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Help maintain candidate and employee records
- Support hiring events and recruiting efforts
Human Resources Support
- Assist employees with basic HR questions
- Maintain organized employee files and documentation
- Support onboarding and orientation processes
- Help track attendance, PTO, and employee information
- Assist with benefits administration and HR projects
- Support company policies and workplace procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous office, customer service, recruiting, or HR experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
- Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
