Job Skills / Requirements

We currently have an opening for a floating cleaner and floor technician in Euclid and the surrounding areas. You'd be working a varying schedule of 20-30 hours per week. The availability required would be Monday-Saturday, after 5pm.

The pay for this position is $17.50 an hour, plus mileage.

You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to a pass drug test and background check.

Job Duties Include:

1. Complete job specifications for assigned buildings throughout Northeast Ohio
2. 1. Cleans floors: including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
   2. Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
   3. Empties trash, and replaces liners.
3. Assists District Manager in covering call offs.
4. Assists Office Manager with laundry.
5. Assists District Manger in Special Projects
6. 1. Fogging Disinfection Service
   2. Window Cleaning
   3. Carpet Cleaning
   4. Stripping & Waxing
   5. Construction Cleanups
7. Performs additional duties as needed.
