Janitorial SupervisorSummit Building Services is looking for a part time area supervisor to join our janitorial team! This position would service commercial buildings in Euclid and surrounding areas. You would be assisting with coverage, training new employees, detail work, and assisting with supply orders. 20 hours weekly: Varying schedule availability Tuesday - Saturday after 5pmPay: $18.50 hourly Duties: Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints in a timely mannerSupervise, train, motivate, and develop team membersWork with HR to ensure all jobs are properly staffed and trainedArrange for coverage in the event of an employee absenceDisciplinary action and/ or termination of employees when necessaryPerform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being metCorrect deficiencies in buildings whenever necessaryComplete work ticketsSend reports to Area ManagerRecommendation of special project work when neededComplete ongoing education to gain competency in their positionCarry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
