What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines clients, providing responsive, knowledgeable service.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive communication and genuine care.
- Conduct policy reviews, recommend appropriate coverage, and guide clients through renewals and updates.
- Resolve client questions and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Cross-sell and upsell coverage that adds real value to the client.
- Work closely with underwriters and carriers to deliver the best coverage options.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
What You Bring
- 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, ideally in an account management or executive role.
- Strong product knowledge and a consultative, client-first mindset.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- P&C insurance license (not required).
- Ability to work independently and confidently manage your own book of business.
