Lallis & Higgins Insurance is a fast-paced agency that’s growing and looking for an experienced outgoing insurance professional ready to add value to our agency. The primary function of this position is to maintain a positive demeanor while providing quality service to clients, and cross sell within the agency. The Account Manager is the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company and the client. This position requires working in a team environment and communicating effectively with all staff.

Daily servicing of clients will include addressing various coverage issues, handling service work associated with the account including endorsement activity, routine coverage questions, and problem solving. This position also helps with renewals, quoting and issuing new policies.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls from clients and prospects requesting quotes
  • Make outbound calls to clients in regards to coverage, policy renewal and new business recommendations
  • Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication to clients through phone and email.
  • Conduct face to face meetings with the clients as necessary.
  • Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures.
  • Respond to clients’ needs by producing both home and auto insurance binders, certificates, policies and other related items
  • Document policy transactions and conversations in EZLynx management accurately
  • Quote personal line policies. Including home, auto, renter and condo insurance.
  • Prepare applications, submit them to insured and carriers, obtain clients’ signatures on all applications and follow up to ensure timely responses.
  • Renew policies by agency standards.
  • Maintain client files accurately, and consistently documenting conversations, sending confirmations to clients, adhering to all other automation procedures.
  • Process 2As and LPRs when needed

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience working as an Personal Lines Account Manager.
  • Personal Lines Insurance License.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including but not limited to Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Able to work Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5pm

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Personal Lines Account Manager: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Insurance Producer License (Preferred)

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
