The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, on-site role located in Roswell, GA.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and oversee individualized treatment plans.
- Experience with Parent Education and Behavior Management, including coaching caregivers in effective strategies across home and community settings.
- Knowledge of Psychology principles relevant to autism and developmental disabilities, supporting holistic, client-centered care.
- Current BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines; eligibility for or possession of applicable state licensure, if required.
- Experience working with children with autism or related developmental conditions in clinical, home, or school-based settings.
- Skilled in data collection, analysis, and report writing, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families, multidisciplinary teams, and community stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Roswell, GA, including reliable attendance, professional conduct, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
