Summit Athletic Club of St. George is seeking motivated, high-energy Coaches to join our growing Coaching Department. This role goes beyond personal training — you’ll play a vital part in welcoming new members, guiding them through onboarding, and helping them build a strong foundation for long-term success.

What You’ll Do
As a Coach at Summit, you will:
Lead new member onboarding sessions and create a welcoming first impression
Conduct fitness assessments to understand goals, current fitness levels, and limitations
Design and implement personalized training programs
Teach proper exercise technique and prioritize safety
Track progress and adjust programs to ensure results
Motivate and support members throughout their fitness journey
Build strong, professional relationships with members
Promote club programs, events, and services
Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional member experience
Stay current with industry trends and best practices
What You Bring
Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and basic nutrition
Excellent communication and people skills
A positive, motivating presence
A passion for health, fitness, and continuous growth
Prior training experience preferred (but not required — we value attitude and coachability)
