This role is particularly well suited for college students currently enrolled in kinesiology, exercise science, sports science, or physical therapy programs who want real-world coaching experience while still in school.
At CS FITNESS, we’re redefining 1-on-1 personal training through Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) — breakthrough technology that activates more muscles in less time. In just 20 minutes, clients experience a full-body workout with results comparable to hours in the gym.
Train clients in a private studio environment using cutting-edge technology that’s transforming the fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead one-on-one workout sessions tailored to each client’s goals.
- Educate clients on workout benefits, muscle activation, and exercise techniques.
- Track client progress and adjust programs for optimal results.
- Perform 3D body scans and review results with clients to track progress.
- Maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
- Create a positive, motivating, and professional atmosphere for every client.
- Deliver a high level of service and personal attention during every session.
- Confidently present training programs and memberships to help convert prospects into long-term clients.

Qualifications
Students currently pursuing degrees in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Science, or Physical Therapy are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Passion, ambition, and drive for fitness and helping clients achieve their goals.
- Strong communication and coaching skills to motivate and guide clients.
- Proven ability or strong interest in consultative sales, client conversion, and closing memberships.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology.
- Highly flexible with scheduling and availability.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.33 per hour
